I started this blog as a virtual school to help people reach their goals by growing spiritually. I am a spiritual student myself, but maybe I have read and practiced aspects of meditation and other spiritual paths that can help you lead the life you wish to lead.

Every day I meditate and experience new realities or understand concepts in a whole different way. Often I feel that I am being taught telepathically by teacher spirits. What they do is that they let me experience the concept emotionally through telepathy. That way I am able to really absorb the material. This is not only intellectual understanding, but emotional integration and actual experience of a different state of being.
